Empay wallet

Empay wallet is the mobile payment and digital wallet service created by the Dubai Department of Economic Development and executed by Emcredit Limited. It enables users to make contactless and remote payments using supported devices and cards.

General use

You agree to use Empay wallet in accordance with applicable law and not for illegal or fraudulent purposes. Empay wallet services are not available to persons under 18 or to anyone previously suspended from the service.

Security responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your device and the confidentiality of your device lock, wallet PIN, security questions, card credentials, and other personal or payment information.

Payments and services

Empay wallet supports contactless and remote payments for services enabled on the platform, including utility, government, food, education, and other lifestyle payments. Available services may change over time.
